Equipment Introduction:

This equipment is mainly used for grinding and polishing straight weld seams on spliced flat panels. Depending on the processing requirements, abrasive belts can be used separately for grinding and polishing. It features high production efficiency, minimal auxiliary time, simple operation, safety, and an environmentally friendly design.

By utilizing the friction between polishing abrasives and the weld seam reinforcement, the machine achieves weld seam grinding with the following characteristics:

1. Processing Accuracy: Surface roughness Ra < 0.6μm (achieved progressively by replacing abrasives), with a smooth transition to the touch and a uniformly linear grinding area.
2. Working Surface Height: Adjustable according to workpiece requirements.
